Quest for the best Ramen in the Valley has ended. Scored at Futaba! It's small, but mighty! And the egg.... Cooked perfectly! Every time. Owner is SUPER friendly. My go to for Ramen. Try!!!!

Amazing food, large portions, service was excellent and everyone was super kind, polite and helpful. It's a small restaurant so not a lot of sitting but it's super worth it to wait in line for a table and such. The place was clean and organized.

Great quality Japanese food at a pretty affordable price. Had several things here: Chicken Karaage, Ika (Squid) Karaage, Agedashi Tofu, Takoyaki, Seaweed Salad, Kake Udon, and Spicy Miso Ramen. Agedashi Tofu was just ok. The sauce had a bit too much ginger imo. Takoyaki was the best I've ever had. Crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle. Sheer perfection! Chicken was better than the Ika because of the juiciness, although I wish it had salt. Too much of a reliance on the Kewpie Mayo for any flavor. Fantastic Seaweed Salad. Kake Udon was just ok. Mild soy sauce flavor and honestly tasted similar to the instant Udon you can buy from Costco. Service is great. They weren't too busy on a Saturday afternoon so the dishes came out very quick. Overall, solid spot I'd come back to when I want Japanese food. I should try a rice dish next time.

This is the best ramen spot in the valley when it rains. I used to come here all the time with my mom years ago and just went by myself a couple weeks ago when the storm hit. The Futaba Ramen fills you right up and the unagi bowl was a sweet yummy addition. It gets busy sometimes as expected and there's not a lot of space but it's worth the wait! The service was amazing as always and feels like Japan. I definitely recommend!
